1pm - 3 pm Check-in

4pm meet for a light  hour run.

7pm - 9pm Dinner, welcome & ultra running talk with past Ultrarunning editor Don Alison

 

Saturday

7am - 7:30am Flow yoga

7:30am - 8:15am Breakfast

8:30am - 11am Trail run

11:30am - 12:30pm Yoga

12:30pm - 1:30pm Lunch

1:30pm - 2:45pm Educational talk on nutrition with training/race

3pm -3:45pm Plyometrics OR Aqua workout

4pm - 4:45pm Pilates OR Aqua workout

5pm - 5:45pm Strength training session OR free time

6pm - 7:00pm Dinner - BBQ

7pm - 8:30pm Panel Q and A with trainers

Optional night run with headlamp on Mountain

 

Sunday

7am - 7:30am Dynamic stretching

7:30am - 8:15am Breakfast

8:30am - 11:30am Trail run

11:45am - 12:30am Restorative yoga OR free time

12:45 - 1:30pm Lunch

1:30pm - 2:30pm One-on-one with trainer of choice for individual programming
